To Jane and the family
I was heartbroken to hear about Dr. Ward's passing. It was a pleasure to work with him for the 23 years he was with our office. I have missed him since he left but to know that he is no longer with us is so sad. How I enjoyed his sharing of his many trips and the sights that he saw. I told him many times that I traveled through his experiences as I know I will not have the opportunity to see the world as he did. I started buying Hosta's on his advice and have several in my yard because of him. I wish I had a Dick Ward Hosta but never found one at my local stores. He was mostly quiet and efficient in the office but we truly enjoyed it when he would occasionally sit and eat with us. He talked of his grandkids and family and was proud of them all. My sincere condolences to the entire family.
