1974 - 2021
Robert Eugene Eldridge, Jr., age 46, passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2021. Robert was born on August 8, 1974, in Columbus, Ohio. Robert is preceded in death by his mother-in-law Susan Thimmes. Survived by his wife, Kimberly; children, Robert III, Tychon, and Kylan Eldridge; parents, Robert Eldridge Sr. and LaNese Powell; brother, Matthew Eldridge; father-in-law, Michael Thimmes; brothers-in-law, Patrick, Mark, and Michael Thimmes; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members, and special friends. Services for Robert will be held at DIEHL-WHITTAKER FUNERAL SERVICE, 720 E Long St., Thursday, March 18, 2021. A viewing from 9-10am to be immediately followed by a Celebration of Life service at 10am. All visitors are asked to wear an appropriate cloth face covering and maintain proper distancing according to current public health guidelines.

Deacon Eldridge & Lofton-Thimmes Family. My Deepest heartfelt condolence to you all during this time and days ahead. It sadden me too hear of Rusty has gone from labor to rest just the time we shared as co-worker knew that our bond would be one I would always cherish as big sis and little brother with both of us being avid Pittsburgh Steelers Fans made it even more special.
