Hi Joan, I am so glad that my life was touched by Bob. You had a wonderful husband and friend. I will always remember the special times we spent with both of you at Christmas in Y town. I can still remember you bringing your own wash cloth to my home when you spent the night.
You too will have many many more wonderful memories that you and Bob shared and no one can take that away from you. I know how often I quote my mom and share how she would have reacted to a situation. These are the the moments that we hold dear in our hearts. I pray for you and Tammy's family every night that God will give you the comfort you need at your time of sorrow.

Dear Joan, I came into your family's life in a odd way. Your son Mike gave me a chance when I needed it most. Robert was someone at first who passed in out over the years. I came to know all of your family and found honesty and respect. You and Robert raised a wonderful family and I thank you for the time I shared with him. God has blessed you and kept you safe, and He always will.

We were deeply saddened to hear that Uncle Bob had passed away. I have so many wonderful memories of him when I was growing up. I'll never forget his kindness, his encouragement of me and his wisdom. Our short time spent with him (and Aunt Joan) last summer was very special. He certainly made us all laugh. We will miss him terribly. He was so very special to us. Our prayers are with the Hassler family. With love,
