Robert Kloss Obituary

KLOSS Robert Andrew Kloss, 90, a resident of Lutheran Village, died Monday, September 25, 2006. Preceded in death by his wife Charlotte, daughter Karolyn Kloss Hackney and brother Don. He was the long time Executive Secretary of the Ohio Credit Union League and was a board member and volunteer for Big Brothers and Big Sisters. He was an avid fisherman, kite flyer and an expert wood worker. He is survived by his son, Stephen (Ann) Kloss; five grandchildren, Stephanie Kloss, Kyle Kloss, Aaron Kloss, Katy (Scott) Boyd, Jeremy (Sabine) Hackney; three great-grandchildren; one brother, William D. (Joanne) Kloss Sr.; a sister-in-law, Meredith Kloss; special friends, Velma King and Sharita Callahan; several nieces, nephews and many friends. Memorial contributions may be made to Big Brothers and Big Sisters Association of Greater Columbus Inc., 1855 East Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, OH 43229 or the American Cancer Society, 870 Michigan Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
