Robert "Bob" Donald Scott, age 61, of Gahanna, OH, passed away unexpectedly on October 15, 2018. Bob was born July 4, 1957 in New Martinsville, WV, the only child of Robert and Ruth Scott. He was currently working as a federal development engineer for Energy Systems Group. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Cynthia (Neff); and is the proud father of Olivia and Malinda Scott. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3 pm Saturday, October 20, 2018 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., Gahanna with gathering from 2-3 pm and a reception following the service. Visit www.schoedinger.com for complete obituary.

Dear Cynthia and family, I am so saddened by the news of Bob's death. My heart aches for you and your daughters and the entire family as I do know the pain of losing your husband. I know everyone's circumstance is different but the pain and loss is the same. I will pray for you all and think of you often.
