Dear Jan and Family,
After reading the obituary of your father in the Columbus Dispatch, I felt compelled to offer my condolences. I am a Carthage elementary former classmate of yours now living in New Albany, Ohio. I remember you quite well and your beautiful home in Carthage. My mother was from the same town and we lived there on and off for several years. My cousin, Frank Avallone, lives here in Ohio, too. Having lost both parents fairly recently, I offer my deepest sympathy and prayers to you and yours.
