Our thoughts and prayers are with the nuclear and church family during this time of bereavement. Mother Smedley was a "Lady" and a "Woman of God" who radiated warmth and graciousness. Sleep on Elect Lady of God, Mother Smedley left an indelible impression upon of lives and we are the better for it.

Our hearts are filled with sadness at the passing of Mrs. Smedley. Our family had the wonderful opportunity to know her while she served in the Kindergarden classes at Sonshine. She showed us all what courage was all about when her daughter, Mrs Deborah Jackson left us way too soon. Our hearts will always be tied to the legacy that Mrs Jackson left and the family that stood beside her well after she was gone to continue her vision.
