Hackney (nee Noel) Ruth Ann Hackney, 56, of Pataskala, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Columbus, daughter of the late David and Wilma Picklesimer Noel. In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Brady Ray Hackney. She is survived by her son, Russell Littrell; sister, Lyda Pauline (Albert) Smith; brother, Charles Todd (Clayton Shell) Noel. Graveside service will be Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Jersey Cemetery on Morse Rd., Jersey, OH. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Victims of Crime, 30 E.
