KENSLER Sally A. Kensler (McFerren), age 61, of Plain City, Oh., peacefully left her earthly home and family on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 following a courageous battle with cancer. Graduate of Hilliard High School in 1966. Co-Owner and Operator of Kensler Concession Services with her son Todd Kensler. Sally and her late husband Bill were the originators of the Kensler's Pepperoni Stick which are currently enjoyed at many local county fairs. Sally has been in the concession business for over 40 years making many friends along the way. She was a loving, caring mother, sister, grandmother and aunt. Preceded in death by her high school sweetheart Bill and husband of 35 years, her loving parents Roy and Josephine McFerren. She said goodbye to her only precious child, Todd Kensler, wife, Michelle, granddaughters, Hayley and Olivia Kensler; brother, Leonard McFerren, wife, Doris, neice and nephews, Robert, Tischa and Shane McFerren; sister, Dorothy Gooch (McFerren), husband, John, nephews, Chris and Scott Williams, great-nephew, Drew Williams; sister, Anita Conover (McFerren), husband, Bart neice and nephew, Kyle Hood and Kiera Paul; sister, Cindy Melchorrie (McFerren), husband, Rick, neices and nephews, Amber, Ryan and Jessica Melchorrie; special friends, Doris Borders, Linda Lilley, Davie Smelts and numerous members of the Comfest family and many more wonderful friends.
