I could never forget Sally and the memories I have shared with her. Growing up with Jenny it was apparent in every way that Sally was a very wonderful and generous mother. She treated all of us as if we were her own children, and would never deny us anything we asked for. I will always be appreciative of the late night talks, advice, and kindness she had given me in the past. She was an amazing woman, and will always be remembered and missed by the individuals who were lucky enough to spend some time with her. My thoughts and prayers go out to Katie, Jenny, and their families.

Ever since I met and became best friends with Jenny, I have also been as close with Sally. Being best friends with Jenny, meant also being best friends with Sally. She was so involved in everything we did and I know it was because she had a genuwine interest in our well-being. She helped us through school, and had a huge impact on so many people that I went to school with. But not only that, she was there to always give her advice, lectures, her home, her food, her car, everything she had, she offered to us without hesitation. I do not think I would be the same person I am today without having Sally in my life. She forced me to be a better person today. Her understanding of our situations is what I will always remember. If any of us had any issues with friends or boys, or school, Sally would always be the one to offer the best advice. Lectures are what I used to think of them as, but now I will always hold on to those long talks and value everything she has ever taught me. I will miss you so much, Sally!!

Sally was more than just a neighbor and friend to me. She was my family and 2nd mother to me. She was always there for me no matter what I was going through. I can't even count the times that I walked down to that house to talk to her and Jenny about my problems. We got through many rough times together and I don't know if I could've got through it without her. I will never forget her and all that she has done for me.

I will miss Sally so much! Something I treasure now is that on my last visit to Sally she told me about when and how she accepted Jesus as her Savior and how she was completely ready for heaven because of that day. And because of that day and the day I accepted Jesus, it won't be long and I'll see Sally again and I'll give her a huge hug and tell her I love her! :-) My prayers are with her daughters and family members and friends (Gretch!)--may the Lord give you peace and comfort! ~~Lisa (previous CWHS secretary)

What a huge loss for the world. Sally was not only a wonderful teacher, but she also had personal interest in my well-being during high school and after high school. I thank her for my love of English, Writing and Reading. The transition to college was pretty easy for me as she created a strong foundation for me. I will never forget her and her influence will be everlasting. To Sally's family..I thank you for the opportunity I had to know her and to have her as a special part of my life.

It's hard for me, as her brother, to justify Sally's passing. She was too young and had earned the right to enjoy her retirement. She was not just a sister, but a very dear friend. She was fortunate enough to raise two beautiful daughters and to be able to enjoy the joy's of having a grandson. I know that she touched many lives, as could be seen by all the support from friends that she received during her illness. I'll always remember the support she gave to me thru out my life and her good-natured laugh. She was thoughtful, caring, an animal lover, a born to be teacher, and maybe a little bit stubborn. I will celebrate her life as a very proud and loving brother.
