Scott Sellers Obituary

SELLERS Scott Sellers, age 31, of Powell, Oh. was taken to Heaven after a lengthy battle with a brain tumor. He was a 1992 graduate of Bishop Watterson H.S. and was formerly employed by Modlich Monument Co. Scott is preceded in death by his grandparents Harold and Anna Walden. He is survived by his wife, Kellie; son, Jack; daughter, Leah; mother, Pat Sellers of Columbus; father, Lawrence Sellers of Naples, Fla.; brother, Larry (Mandy) Sellers; sister, Heather (Mike) Sellers, both of Columbus; grandparents, Pauline and Herb Riegler of Naples, Fla.; mother and father-in-law, Gayle and Bob Setzer of Worthington; father-in-law, Gary Key of Shreveport, La.; brother-in-law, Stephen Key of Denver, Co.; sisters-in-law, Krista Key of Shreveport, La., Renee Tyack (Jamie) of Columbus, Michelle (Joel) Mallet of Chicago, Il.; nephew, Keaton Sellers; nieces, Abby Sellers and Isabel Mallet; and many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Scott's family wishes to thank his many friends and family members who gave their support, prayers and love to Scott during his illness. A special thanks to Hospice and Kobacker House for their support and assistance. Friends may call Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the NOVAK FUNERAL HOME, 4476 N. High St. (two blocks north of Henderson Rd.), 268-8811. His Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday 10 a.m. at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 10700 Liberty Rd., Powell. Fr. Jeff Rimelspach, Celebrant. Inurnment St. Joseph Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Scott Sellers Memorial Fund, c/o any 5/3 Bank in Columbus or Hospice at Kobacker House in Columbus. Scott loved his family and friends, and we loved him. He will always be remembered in our hearts...death cannot rob us of the love we will always share.
