Sheila Jarvis Obituary

JARVIS Sheila Rae (Felix) Jarvis, age 51, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2008 after fighting a battle with cancer for 1 1/2 years. She was employed by Columbus Public Schools as a cook at Indianola Middle School. Preceded in death by her father Howard J. "Fuzz" Felix and nephew Matt Webb. She is survived by Pat Jarvis, the father of her two daughters, Stephanie (Todd) Baldridge and Katherine "Kat" Jarvis (fiance Drew Nivens); grandson, John Baldridge, the light of her life; mother, Delsie Felix; sister, Debbie (Dean) Webb; brothers, Bob (Bev) Felix and Bill (Candy) Felix; sister-in-law, Ketti (Dave) Beard; nephews, Jason, Joe, Jeff, Mike, Dylan, and Justin; nieces, Dusty, Michelle, Amy and Eden; great-niece, Emma; aunt, Lucille; several cousins and many loving friends. Friends and family may pay their respects and celebrate the life of Sheila from 2-5 p.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at Fort Rapids Resort 4560 Hilton Corporate Dr., Columbus, Ohio. Steph and Kat, Just know my heart goes out to both of you right now. You are in my prayers, A loss of a parent is never easy, especially the loss of your mother. As much as I know it hurts now remember that she is in a better place and is no longer in pain. May all your good memories help get you through this time of grief. Heart felt hugs to both of you.

I'm really sorry to hear of Sheilas passing. Stephanie and I were best friends through school and I always loved her mom. She was very caring and always had a lot of fun with us. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of her family. I know she will be missed terribly.
