In our early working careers, I worked with Steve at the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). We had a great time at ODOT. We had a close crew of young, recent college graduates in our first "real" job after graduation in the Bureau of Right of Way Engineering. Exchanging stories and fun times made the days go by quicker. We met up a few times afterwards to catch up but lost touch. Hearing he passed was a surprise for me. I'll always remember the good times. RIP Steve.

I worked with Mr. C for many years! Besides being a lot of fun, he was a talented CFO. I am truly saddened by his quick passing. He was a good friend, and I will miss him tremendously! My husband, Bill enjoyed his company also. Bless him and his family and Rest In Peace my friend! I shall treasure our memories!

Steve alias Pee Wee had the most infectious laugh of anyone I have ever known. He could always make Steve and I laugh. He was a true source of comfort to me and the children when we lost our Steve a few years ago. He will surely be missed.

Shocked and saddened today. Will never forget your laughter and all the good times at St. Charles that went with that smile and personality of yours. A sad day for the class of 64. Rest in peace my friend. My deepest condolences to all that knew and loved you.
