Steve Harper Obituary

Harper Steve H. Harper, 62, of Columbus, passed away Friday, October 23, 2015 at St. Ann's. He was born February 16, 1953 in Louisville, KY, son of the late Herbert and Marcella "Sally" Schlieger Harper. In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by his sister Sharon Harper. He served in the Navy and was a member of American Legion Post #171, U.S.S. Columbus and North Park Church of Christ. Steve is survived by his wife, Darlene Harper; Kathlene (Stephen) Cook, Melinda (Wes) Kincaid and Krystal (Dominek) Karges; brother, Phillip (Jean) Harper; Susan Kirby and Janet (Bryan) Marcum; mother-in-law, Madelyn Wren; and eight grandchildren. Arrangements have been entrusted to NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus.
