Theodore Anderson Obituary

Anderson Sr. Elder Theodore Victor Anderson, Sr., 78, was called home on May 2, 2013. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on May 8, 1934 to Victor and Pearl Anderson. Theodore graduated from East High School. Shortly after graduating he was employed by the United States Postal Service and worked there for 45 years before retiring. He was a devoted husband and loving father of nine children. He was also a man of God and was known by many as a great friend, father and mentor. His works of service in the community will be missed and his love for mankind was deeply felt by all that met him. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann Anderson; seven children, Stephanie Anderson Grassi, Theodore Victor Anderson Jr., Chrystal Cain, George Clayton, Tracee Clayton Garrett, Inell Clayton Martin and Jewel Anderson. He was preceded in death by his parents Victor and Pearl Anderson, siblings Marvin Anderson and Wilma Anderson Manns, along with his two daughters Jennifer Anderson Woods and Jaane Anderson Bynum. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 7 at 2 p.m. and the wake is at 1 p.m. at CALIMAN FUNERAL SERVICES, 3700 Refugee Road in Columbus, Ohio.

Mr. Anderson, I truly enjoyed the conversations we had and the fact you were so dedicated to your health. I wish I had the opportunity to spend more time with you but you were needed in heaven sooner than we thought. It was a pleasure to be part of your care.

Family,

So sorry for your loss. Mr. Anderson was a man of God that always had a kind word to say to all. Stay strong and "look to the hills from which cometh your help". Our prayers are with you and remember you can always call on us. Inell it's okay to weep, but you stay strong in Christ.

ST John 14 let not your hearts be troubled ye beleive in God, beleive also in me, for in my fathers house there are many mansions, if it were not so I would have told you, I go to prepare a place for you,, and if i go and prepare a place for you I will come again and receive you unto my self, Mr Andersons mansion was completed on may 2, 2013 and he transended into his new home, I know you all will miss him, but just know if you live your life right you will see him again. Remember that this earth has no sorry theat Heaven can not heal!!!
