Thomas Ray Crump

Crump Thomas Ray Crump, of Plain City, born June 21, 1924 in Greenup, KY, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 22, 2015. He was a dedicated and devoted man to his family and a faithful servant of the Lord at the Oakley FG Baptist Church, where he served as Chief Usher for over 40 years. He was employed by B&T Metals for over 20 years and Anheuser Busch of Columbus where he retired after 22 years of service. Predeceased by his loving wife of 52 years, Fairy Jean Crump, parents Frank and Gerrie Crump, daughter and son-in-law Deborah and Benjamin Caldwell, granddaughter Stephanie Simmons, brother Sturgis Crump, brother and sister-in-law Jack and Alice Crump, sister and brother-in-law Frances and Enoch Ramsey, sisters Lenora Crump and Ann Hill, and stepson Larry Ginn. Survived by his loving wife, Jean S. Crump; daughters, Sheila (Isaac) Day, Jacquelyn Crump, and Annette (George III) Ware; grandsons, Glen (Teresa), Shannon and Shaun Caldwell, Thomas and Raymond (Leasa) Simmons; granddaughters, Shara Caldwell, Shana (Hugh) Frost, Stephanie (Marcus) Hazelwood, Ashley Day; stepson, Max (Diane) Ginn; step-daughters, Karen (Donald) McDaniel, Cathy (Walter) Hunt; special niece, Jeannie (Paul) Parks; seven great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
