Thomas F. Medors

Medors Thomas F. Medors, 56, of Whitehall, passed away at the OSU Wexner Medical Center on October 23, 2016 and will be reunited with his parents Floyd Herman and Doris (Weatherby) Medors and his sister Cindy Sorg. Among Tom's favorite things were fishing, music and time spent with his loving family, who include his devoted wife of 35 years, Nancy (Splitt) Medors and their children. His daughter Jess (Drew) Laughlin gave Tom his first grandchild, Thomas, and is expecting another baby very soon. Also surviving is his son Thomas David (Stephanie) Medors and his daughter Megan Medors. Tom will be missed by his faithful four legged companion, Sara and the entire Splitt family, including mom and dad (Marlene and Phil), Jim, Joe, Marianne and Amy, and brother-in-law, David Sorg. A special thank you is expressed to all family and friends of the Medors family for their love and support, which also includes Dr. Thomas Archer, LVAD nurses Abby, Kelly, Sherri and the staff at Ross Heart Hospital. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 27, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., Gahanna, where a funeral service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. with Pastor J.D. Hite officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
