What an appropriate picture to use.... his infectious smile and laugh will be missed by us all. God bless and know that though we will miss him now on earth, we will see him soon in Heaven!

I first met Tom at Country Mutual in 1997. He was their Claims Manager and Chief Inspector. We spoke often and he taught me a lot of tricks of the trade that he had developed over the years. I employ many of the things he taught me in my day to day activities. Rare is the person who can settle a claim and have the injured party follow him to the car, thanking him all the way...and that is exactly what folks did to Tom...follow him to the car and thanking him again and again. He was a treasure from the 'old school', polite, kind, firm yet gentle. I last spoke with him a couple of years ago. A great guy. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are for him for grace and with you for strength during this time.
