I will always remember Father Timmons for his kind words. He allowed me to practice on the organ at Trinity from age 7 all through high school even though I was not a member of the church. He always kept the side door unlocked and insisted I walk over and have him let me in if someone had locked the door! Many a night I would be in their practicing sometimes as late as midnight. At times, he would sneak in and listen for a few minutes, then come over and complement my progress. He was truly a minister of the Lord.

I am grateful to Ted Karchner for informing me of the passing of a very special classmate.
I have many pleasant memories of our school days together--in classes and in plays, especially "Our Town." I will miss seeing Tommy at our class reunion this year.

I have known Tommy for years through the Church of the Ascension and other Episcopal Church events. He was a very special man and wonderous Christian. God bless you all. I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

Father Tom's calm counsel and leadership was a valuable example and resource to us in the 1960's when we were pushing some boundaries of race relations in London. Forty years later Father Timmons spoke graveside in recognition of our parents' passing. Our mother and father enjoyed a wonderful relationship with him, sharing a love for community, for family, and for knowledge across a wide range of topics including theology of course. I can imagine them resuming those discussions now in the Hereafter. Thank you, father Tom, for a wonderful, gracious and principled life.
