Timothy Freeman Obituary

Freeman Timothy A. Freeman, age 74, of Pickerington, Ohio, died Thursday, April 21, 2016. He was born on June 11, 1941 to the late Harry and Florence (Williams) Freeman. Tim was a graduate of Holy Rosary class of 1959. He was a member of ROTC while he attended The Ohio State University. After attending OSU, he joined the United States Army. He was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan, and enjoyed golf. Tim loved spending time with his family and adored his grandchildren. Preceded in death by his uncle Art Freeman, brother Harry Freeman, sister-in-law Myra Freeman. Tim is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Barbara; children, Tim (Julie) Freeman, Amy Pritchard, Todd (Roudabeh) Freeman; Grampy to, Cassie, Luke Alan, Sam, Jack, William, Ian, Ava, and Caspian; siblings, Doug (Betty) Freeman, Dan Freeman, Steve Freeman, Mary Kay (Gus) DiNovo, Hilda (Mike) Murphy, Jeff Freeman; and an abundance of nieces and nephews. Family and friends may visit 4-7 p.m. on Sunday, April 24, at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 550 Hill Rd. N., Pickerington, OH 43147. A funeral mass, officiated by Father Charles Cotton, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 3730 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. Interment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, in Tim's memory, donations can be made to Nationwide Children's Hospital, P.O. Box 16810, Columbus OH 43216-6810 or to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 26 Broadway, 14th Floor New York, NY 10004. Online condolences at www.spencefuneralhome.com

I am happy to have known "big" Tim and the four of you as well!!! How lucky you all are to have had such a great husband and/or father in your lives.
