Timothy Windle Obituary
1962 - 1979
Timothy R. Windle, 57, of Dublin, passed away Saturday, August 11, 2018 along with his sister, Sandy, as the result of a car accident. Born April 15, 1962 in Columbus, Ohio. He was a 1979 graduate of Dublin High School and attended Hocking College. Tim attended CAMP (Creating Assured Motivated People) in his youth and continued working there as a counselor, in security, and as support staff for 41 years. A member of Community of Hope Christian Church of Hilliard. He was a former employee of MS Trucking and Colvins Sand & Gravel. Tim was an avid member of the NRA. He loved snicker doodles, strong coffee and helping others. He was preceded in death by his father George R. Windle and numerous Aunts and Uncles. Tim is survived by his mother, Mary Alice (Woerner) Windle; sister, Cindy Asher; brother, George "Ted" Windle; niece, Misty Asher; nephew, Gordon (Hannah Mathias) Asher; great niece, Bailey Clapper; great nephew, Bradley Asher. Visitation will be held from 12-2 PM Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Ferguson Funeral Home, 202 E. Main St. (St Rt 161 W), Plain City, where funeral services will begin at 2 PM with Rev. Michael Gardner officiating. Burial in Jerome Township Cemetery. Visit fergusonfuneralhomeinc.com to share a special memory.

Tim always had a "story to tell" and was wise beyond his years. He will be so so missed by his CAMP Family. Prayers of comfort, strength, and love for his family. We love you Tim. - Dave and Tina Brizius

Prayers for the family of Tim Windle. Tim will be missed very much from his camp family. I remember one time at camp when Tim left his coffee mug on top of his truck and we were taking a walk up the big hill as you to come into camp there sat his mug it still had coffee in it. Tim was support staff and he had a very important job from making the fires to helping with security. He will missed by Rick and Janet

I am so deeply saddened to hear this. I remember Tim and Sandy so well from attending camp back in the 80's. Heartfelt condolences to their family, CAMP family and friends.
