I was unaware that Ty had passed away and have stumbled upon hearing about this. I am so sorry for your loss. I just feel the need to say something in Ty's honor as he played an important role in my life. When I was going through a very sad time, Ty was there for me. He spent a lot of time talking with me and helping me through that time. He acted as a counselor to me and was very supportive. He had a lot of wisdom and was always very positive. He was a very kind, respectful and compassionate individual. He will always be remembered as a person that made a positive difference in my life. Thank you Ty for being my friend. Much Love to his family.

Its been a privilege to know Ty over the years. Ty umpired many of our baseball games, and took his umpiring role serious. The truth be known, Ty was actually more of a coach that umpired games and helped players learn little things about the game with a goal to make them better players. I will miss his professionalism that he showed to the players at all times. Our thoughts are with his family. Jim Bibler Hilliard Colts Baseball

You will be missed my friend. Our paths crossed so often in life. First as a classmate, then as a baseball teammate at WSHS, then in the automotive industry and of course on the baseball and softball fields as you umpired a couple of Paige's high school games over the years. My prayers go out to your loving family whom I know are so proud of you in ways you may not even know. God bless you and your family!

Your friend,

Jeff

I was saddened to hear of Ty's passing so young. We were classmates at WSHS and graduated in "81" together. Many fond memories of Ty in class his hair always looked better than my own and he had a bright smile that always cheered up all around him. He loved baseball and always was sweet to me. My prayers are with his wife and daughter and his parents and family may his memory and love for you be a source of comfort to you. My deepest condolences for your loss.

I was sorry to hear of Ty's passing. We were in the same graduating class, ('81) at WSHS. As I work with Oncology Software, I spend most days onsite at oncology facilities. The courage and tenacity displayed by cancer patients and families continues to inspire me. My thoughts are with Ty's family and close friends. -Heidi Gorsuch, formerly of Westerville, OH
