Donald and I send our love to you and the children. You and Van have walked through a lot together as a couple and as parents. I know you and your children from Christian Assembly. You and Van love the Lord and have provided opportunities for your children to embrace your faith during the early stages of their lives. A life in Christ is what you and Van lived. Rest assure that Van is in the arm of Jesus. We serve a good God. Through hard times our faith is more strengthen. I pray strength and peace over you at the passing of Van. I pray favor over your household finances and health. As His favor comes to you, you will recognize that every good and perfect gift is from God the Father through his Son Jesus. Let the name of Jesus be magnified through your circumstances.

Van you were a wonderful and kind person when we were in high school, so I am sure that you possessed those qualities as an adult. My condolences to your wife, children and many friends. My prayers are with everyone who will have a void in their life due to Van's passing.

I am completely devastated by this tragedy. After knowing my brother for so many years it is hard to come to terms with all of our loss of such a good man,husband,father,grandfather,brother and son.

My deepest condolences on the passing of Van. He was a good Christian man, loving husband and father. When my father passed over a decade ago, the only thing my mother said was: " Tony, your dad was a good Christian man," that is the highest compliment she could give my dad and that is the highest compliment that a man of God like Van deserves. The world and your family has lost a great man, and may God provide comfort, assurances in his word and his commandments to us.

Van was a true ambassador of Christ. Van shared Christ with me at CSU he was one of the few seed sowers that guided me on the right way to our Lord. Praying for his wife and children.
