To the Hack Family:
Dr. Hack was the Chair of my Doctoral Committee. It is because of his concern which he used to prompt me that I was awrded my doctorate in 1991. I thank him and will always remember him. My blessings to his family.

My deepest sympathies to the Hack family. Dr. Hack was my graduate school advisor at The Ohio State University. Dr. Hack will be remembered for his knowledge in educational administration and for the great effect that he had on so many of our lives.
