BF and I have been friends and co-workers for over 40 years. He was deeply committed to family, friends and civility. When God made BF, he threw away the mold. There is no other who compares with his generosity and good will. Rest in Pease, BF. I love you....dg

I am surely sad to see my friends passing. I so appreciated his love and kindness to those less fortunate. Thank you Bill for being my friend and giving me such great advise and kindness for the people we served. I will miss our deep talks. Rest Bill. Cynthia, we are thankful that Bill had you! Your care was superb. You will be in our prayers! Steve and Nancy Gunn

Flaherty Family Members: Thank you for sharing Bill with all of us. Bill was an exemplary public servant, a wise counselor, great colleague, and true-blue friend of mine.
