Bill and I served in the Secret Service together for many years. He was one of the kindest and most interesting people I knew and worked with. I am happy to have known him. I will keep him in my memory. My deepest sympathy to Bill's wife and family.

RIP BILL, He was a more than competent investigator. He was proficient in all phases of the responsibilities of a Special Agent with the US SECRET SERVICE . Bill had a certain thirst for knowledge , and quest to perform his duties as best he could , in the area of Protection of Heads of State or the apprehension of dangerous criminals.Bill was a superb investigator and proved to be quite the linguist as his career took him into foreign countries. I knew him as a co-worker and a friend. Please accept my condolences of Heart felt sympathy for all who mourn for him .
