Bobby Stegall Obituary
She was a graduate of Becker High School, Class of 1948-1949. Working as a nurse's aide, she was employed by Beverly Healthcare, Amory, and by High Springs Care Center in Florida. Very giving and having a big heart, she was passionate about working as a caregiver in people's homes. She attended Becker Baptist Church and was a former member of First Baptist Church. She received the most enjoyment in life from her family, especially her great-grandchildren and serving as a Meals-on-Wheels volunteer. Energetic and spunky, she was an avid gardener who had a green thumb, was an amazing cook and enjoyed gospel music.
She is survived by her daughter, Sherry MacMahon, Gainesville, Fla.; son, Phil Stegall, Trenton, Fla.; sisters, Helen Sims (L.C.), Becker, Patsy Jenkins (Fred), Houston, Texas, and Nancy Mody, Tampa, Fla.; brother, Jerry Tubb, Becker; grandchildren, Terri Doumit (Kevin), T. J. Stegall, Wendy Padot, Chris Stegall, Sabine MacMahon and Erika MacMahon; eight great-grandchildren, Lauren, Andrew, Patrick and Brandon Doumit, Jacob and Keira Stegall, and Abby and Lillian Padot; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Brenda Stegall; daughter-in-law, Brenda Stegall; and brothers, Pete and Russell Tubb.
Service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 19, at E.E. Pickle Funeral Home, Amory, with Bro. Jimmy McFatter officiating. Burial will follow in Haughton Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to Amory Food Pantry, P.O. Box 64, Amory, MS 38821.

I just read that Bobby Jean passed away a couple of weeks ago. She was always such a happy person who was always so nice to me. My thoughts are with all of you. I wish I could have come home for the service, but I just found out today. My best to everyone.
