Elizabeth Norris Obituary
Services will be held Thursday at Gunter & Peel Funeral Home in Columbus. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. with service to follow at 11 a.m.
Lee was born August 29, 1966, in Columbus to the late Edwin ""Bubba"" Riley Norris and Linda Fleming Norris. She is survived by her mother, Linda Fleming Norris of Columbus; sister, Katherine ""KK"" Norris of Columbus; brother, Riley Norris of Chicago; aunts, uncles, cousins, and precious friends including Sallie Hussey, Rachel Wade, and Quint Withers.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Camden Glover Norris (Lena West) and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Powell Fleming (Mary McGuire).
Lee loved the South and all that makes it unique. Lee was passionate about Mississippi State University Bulldogs, Elvis Presley, and her beloved late grandmother, Mary McGuire Fleming, lovingly called ""Mimi"".
Memorials may be made to Palmer Home for Children, P.O. Box 746, Columbus, MS, 39703 or to St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 318 College Street, Columbus, MS, 39701.

Lee was a neighborhood friend of mine when she lived in Jackson. She was such an asset to Fondren and was a sweet and beautiful person. I was so sorry when she moved away and absolutely so sad to hear of her passing. Please accept my sincere sympathy.

Dearest friends and family of Lee,
It is never good to hear of one passing at such an early age. Lee was a beautiful young lady whom I know will be missed terribly. May God be your comforter and strength during this time of morning and loss.
