Greta Wright Obituary

WALNUT – Greta Faye Terrell Wright, 79, died November 9, 2014, at Golden Living Center in Ripley. She was born December 5, 1934, to the late Herschel and Hermie Seawright Terrell. She worked for many years as an office manager and bookkeeper with various companies and retired from Trinity Transportation at Middleton, Tenn., in 1999. She was a member of Mt. Hebron Baptist Church.
Services will be at 11 a.m. today, November 11, 2014, at Mt. Hebron with Bro. Warren Harrell and Bro. Larry ""Doc"" Dollar officiating. Burial will be in New Salem Cemetery. Ripley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by two daughters, Greta Maria of Asheville, N.C., and Sally Barnes (Billy) of Walnut; three sons, Danny Wright (Debbie) of Houlka, Herschel Wright (Sharon) of Jacksonville, Fla., and Paul Wright (Angela) of Blue Mountain; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Billy Shane Barnes, Daniel Eric Wright, Walt Love, Lydell Harrell, Samuel Harrell and Dakota Keith. Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Barnes and Paul Seawright.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandchild.
