Jimmie Chilcoat, 94, passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Courtyards Community Living Center in Fulton. She was born on December 11, 1930, to the late Walter Lee and Effie Dulaney in Itawamba County. Jimmie was a devoted member of Plainview Church of Christ, where she found great joy in worship and in the fellowship of her church family. Her faith was central to her life, and she was known for her kindness, warmth, and unwavering dedication to those she loved. She worked at Itawamba Manufacturing for 47 years, retiring in 1996. Her colleagues remember her as a woman of exceptional work ethic, dependable, hardworking, and committed to doing every task with care and integrity. Outside of work, Jimmie embraced a life filled with the simple pleasures she loved most. She enjoyed traveling, working in her yard, canning, quilting, and spending time with her family. These moments brought her joy and created cherished memories for all who knew her. Jimmie's legacy of love, faith, and hard work will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who were blessed to share life with her.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at Senter Funeral Home with Minister Tom House, Bro, Bobby Jarrell, and her grandson, Andy Posey officiating. Burial will be in Saucer Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm on Sunday, November 16, at Senter Funeral Home.

She is survived by her daughters, Linda Posey of Fulton; and Barbara (Billy) Wright of Muscle Shoals, AL; grandchildren; Tisha (Steve) McKnatt, Andy (Jennifer) Posey, Tina Sullivan, Anna Michelle Posey, and Michael Sullivan; 13 great grandchildren; 11 great great grandchildren; daughter in law, Janette Dulaney, and a host of nephews, nieces, friends and church family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Kelly Chilcoat; parents, Walter Lee and Effie Dulaney; son in law, Gary Sullivan; and 3 brothers, Maurice Dulaney, Paul Dulaney, and Allen Dulaney.

Pallbearers will be her nephews.
