Roy McClure Obituary

WEST POINT - Roy McClure Jr., 68, Kingwood, Texas, died suddenly on February 23, 2017.
Roy was born in West Point, Mississippi, to the late Mae McClure Clenin and Roy W. McClure Sr. He graduated from West Point High School and Mississippi State University. He was a very proud Bulldog!!! He had recently retired from Baker Hughes as a senior directional driller in the Oil and Gas Industry.
Roy is survived by his wife, Daisy; his children, Terri and her spouse, Ray; David and his spouse, Ramona; and he is survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, Emily and her fiancé, Andres, Meghan and her spouse, Ryan, Katelyn, Raeghan, Elyse, Ely, Mabry and Wesley. He is also survived by his sisters, Cathy Francis, Mary Helen Sams (Sandy) and his brother, Randy (Lynn).
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 4, 2017, at New Covenant Church located at 901 Wilson Road, Humble, Texas.
Memorial gifts may be made to New Covenant Church in memory of Roy.
