Tracy Crump Obituary

Tracy Williams Crump, 61, passed away on Monday, September 15 at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was born in Mobile, Alabama on November 20, 1963 to Winston Dale "Dub" and Joan Pinnix Williams. Tracy was a graduate of Burkmar High School in Lilburn, Georgia. She married James Ronald "Ron" Crump on May 1, 1993. Tracy was a joyful soul and brought laughter, like no other, to those who knew her. She considered anyone she met as family and loved life to the fullest. She would help anyone in need and provide comfort, love, compassion and friendship. It could be said that Tracy never knew anyone as a stranger. Tracy would not sugarcoat what she thought or where she stood, a trait that we could all learn from. She could be brutally honest at times even when you didn't want to hear it, but it was all in love. She was a dedicated military wife and supported Ron throughout his career. She was a wonderful daughter, supportive sister, caring mother and friend of all. She was much more than all these, she was a beautiful force of life lived to the fullest.

Tracy is survived by her parents, W.D. "Dub" and Joan Williams, Tupelo; husband, James Ronald "Ron" Crump, Quincy; son, Jared Crump and fiancé (Chloe), Jackson, MS; daughter, Jordan Crump (Dillon), Oxford; brother, Clay Williams (Kym), Huntsville, AL; niece, Sarah Williams, Birmingham, AL; special lifetime friend, Glynanne Albinger, Mobile, AL.

Tracy is preceded in death by her godmother, Jane Melton.
