William Griffin Obituary
He is survived by his son, Greg Griffin of Houston and a daughter, Angie Upshaw (Brett) of Houston; six grandchildren, Mindy Griffin (John Moore), Heather Huffman, Rob Griffin, Brittany Horn, Christopher Upshaw and Michaela Upshaw and nine great-grandchildren, Makinzi Moore, Emery Moore, Brooklyn Huffman, Kendyl Jenkins, Easton Griffin, Brett Palmer Horn, Leslie Kate Horn, Bowyn Upshaw and Hardie Upshaw.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of fifty-nine years, Gail Griffin, his parents, a brother, Charlie Guinn Griffin and a sister who died in infancy.
Visitation will be Monday, December 9, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Houston and Tuesday, December 10, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Macedonia Church. Services will be held at Macedonia Church Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. with Brother Steve Lampkin officiating and burial following in the church cemetery. Memorial Funeral Home is honored to be in charge of the arrangements.
Pallbearers are Larry Porter, John Moore, Rob Griffin, Christopher Upshaw, Floyd McKee, Ted Griffin, Brett Horn and Eric Smith.
