We remember Sarah during our ministry at Powell's Chapel Baptist Church. She was always willing to help others, and assist wherever she was needed. One of the highlights of the year for the Youth Ministry was a youth variety show called "The Big Show." With her friends, Peggy and Cindy, they really made it a success.
Another time Sarah stepped into help was when our youngest decided to arrive a month earlier than expected. With our family nowhere near to help, she graciously came over very early in the morning to make sure that our older children woke up and got ready for school while we headed to Vanderbilt Hospital. This happened 18 years ago today, and we will be forever grateful.
Ronnie, Kevin, and Jason, as well as the rest of your family, you will be in our prayers.

I got to know Sarah when she was with Christianson and Associates. She was always delight to be around, always upbeat. I recall when I seem to be having a bad week, and I called on the advertising agency she shined on everyone. She was so proud of her twins. I regret I lost touch with her over the years. A delightful lady.

I knew Sarah from worshipping together at Southeast. Tony and I had so much fun getting to know her and Ronnie in our Sunday School class and through the socials and projects we had. Her sweet spirit was infectious. I have been praying for Sarah for a long time and will continue to pray for Ronnie and the family as you adjust to life here without her. My deepest sympathy to all of you, but praise God she is is with Him and you can draw on your faith for comfort in the coming time.

Ronnie, Jason, & Kevin,
Hoyte and I are so sorry for the grief & loss that you are undoubtedly experiencing in these times. Sarah was a beautiful soul, with so much love & joy. Though I got to know Sarah as we worshipped & served at Southeast years ago, I also had the joy of getting new & deeper insights into her heart of faith as her prayer partner at one of our womens retreats. We will pray for Gods comforting arms around you in the days, months, & years ahead!
