Syble Dickson Obituary
Murfreesboro - Mrs. Syble Claudean Dickson of Murfreesboro, TN, formerly of Laurel, MS, died Wednesday, January 3, 2018. Born in Booneville, AR, Mrs. Dickson was the daughter of the late Grover Chester Dowdy and Pearl Dora Palmer Dowdy. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Shriner's Ladies Auxilliary in Laurel, Ms. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Eugene Dickson; a grandson, Bretton Allen "Buddy" Dickson; a great grandson, Bradley Logan Dickson; a sister, Juanita Dowdy Lux.
Survived by her husband, Clifford E. Dickson of Murfreesboro, TN; a son, Bary (Becky) Dickson of Tampa, FL; a daughter, Pamela Cook Martin of Murfreesboro, TN; daughter in law, Betty Dickson of the Flat Creek community of Bedford Co.; 4 grandchildren, Amy (Dave) Dickson Lodge, Elizabeth Dickson, Jennifer Dickson and Clifford (Josie) Cook; 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday, January 5, 2018 at Lawrence Funeral Home from 4PM - 8PM. Funeral Services will be conducted at 2PM, Saturday, January 6, 2018 from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. Buddy Pope officiating. Burial will follow at the Cothran Cemetery in the Rover community of Bedford Co.
