Mr. Chanthoumphone was a kind and generous man. In the little time I knew him, it was evident how much he valued and cherished family. He knew the importance of taking a moment to enjoy a cup of coffee or snack with others. To create a small, but meaningful memory. His impact on this world was positive and broad, and he will be greatly missed.
