Aaron Neidhart Obituary
Aaron was a 2006 graduate of Dodge City High School and a 2011 graduate of Dodge City Community College. He was currently employed by Southwest Engineering and Cable Systems as a draftsman, a job he thoroughly enjoyed.
Aaron was an avid Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals fan. He enjoyed Nascar events and watching sports of any kind.
He was a member of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe of Dodge City and an Eagle Scout from Troop 162.
Aaron is survived by his parents, Robert and Marty Neidhart of the home; a brother, Peter Neidhart and wife Suzie of Mishawaka, Indiana; maternal grandfather, Jim Martin of Dodge City; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmothers, Joy Martin and Veronica Tompkins Martin and paternal grandparents, John and Majorie Neidhart.
Vigil Service will be held at Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be held at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe on Friday, June 27, 2014 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Wesley Schawe presiding. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dodge City. Visitation will be at Swaim Funeral Home on Thursday, June 26, 2014 from Noon to 5:00 PM. Memorials are suggested to Fuse Foundation, an organization supporting young adults in Kansas with neuro-muscular disease, or the Fire Restoration Fund of Spanish Peaks Scout Ranch both in care of the funeral home.
