CULLEN RAY SKEEN BLOOM - Cullen Ray Skeen, 13 died Thursday, February 8, 2024 at his home in Bloom, Kansas. He was born on August 13, 2010 at Minneola, Kansas the son of Cameron Ross Skeen and LeAnn Marie Girard. He currently was in 8th Grade at Minneola Grade School. Cullen loved to tend to his cows and all of his animals. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing Fortnite and his farm simulator. Cullen was known to sneak sweets and always was drinking sweet tea. He played football, basketball, track and was in band. Survivors include: his father, Cameron Skeen and wife Erica, Bloom; his mother, LeAnn Demars and husband Scott, Glasco, Kansas; 13 siblings, Allen, Harper and Jarrett Skeen, Bloom, Kirsten, Kenzie and Cali Heinz, Bloom, Brantley and Hoyt Winger, Hudson, Kansas, Bethany, Noah, Grace and Leah Demars, Glasco, Kansas and Danielle Herman, Fowler, Kansas; grandparents, Lori and Tim Girard, Lori and Danny Starnes and Naomi McLean and Vicki Demars; and many extended family members. He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Ross Skeen. Funeral service will be Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Minneola High School Gymnasium. Burial will follow in the Bloom Cemetery, Bloom, Kansas. Visitation will be held Thursday prior to the start of service from noon until 2:00 PM.
