GINA SALMANS

GINA SALMANS Gina Salmans of Cimarron, Kansas, passed away on May 29th, 2025, after an unexpected medical event. She was born in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, on April 29th, 1958. Gina grew up roaming the Gulf Coast, but she raised her kids in Arizona and later moved to Kansas, where she met her husband, Bruce. Gina was kind, caring, and generous. She went out of her way to make people feel special. She was a loving wife, supportive mother, and an amazing cook. Gina overcame hardship with grace and was always striving to be the best version of herself. She loved nature, plants, animals, her family, and hootin' down. She's never met a stranger, and you could hear her laugh from afar. Gina's family is proud of her for choosing to be an organ and tissue donor. Her gifts will extend and improve the lives of others and allow her to live on through the recipients. We hope they achieve great things! Gina was preceded in death by her sister Bridget Veal (Morrison) and her mother, Billie Geer. Gina is survived by her husband, Bruce Salmans, her brother, David Morrison (and his children Bo and Sienna Morrison), her son, Ken Parker (and wife Amy Wagner), her daughter, Emily Stahl (and husband Robert Stahl), her bonus children Lee Salmans (and wife Cindy Salmans), April Ebnit (and husband Josh Ebnit), her grandchildren, Kennedy Parker-Orton, Corynne Stahl, Natalie Salmans, Nathaniel Salmans, Rebekah Salmans, and her great-grandchild Nevaeh Lehman. Gina's celebrations of life will be announced at a later date. Until then, watch the sunset in her honor.
