Uncle Kenneth was certainly a man to look up to. His love of the arts, current events, travel, politics and fashion were enviable, and his generosity is something I hope we can all learn from. I will miss his kind blue eyes and soft, caring voice at our family reunions. After one family reunion in 2002 or 2003, he let me (a 16 year old) drive him back to Kansas City in his beautiful Mercedes. I will cherish that memory as we had some good laughs and a very smooth ride! He also took my mother and me to NYC and DC to visit art museums and broadway. Whatta guy! I wish that I could have visited with him more later in his life, but I’m thankful for the last time we saw him in 2018 and went to his favorite diner in KC. He remarked that my husband was handsome but had “quite a bit of tattoos” I will take that as a compliment! Rest In Peace, Uncle Kenneth.

I was so sad to hear of Kenneth's passing. I started my career under his wing as a flunky in the accounting department at Gage & Tucker in 1982. Thanks to his mentoring I advanced beyond flunky and enjoyed a 32 year career there, retiring in 2014. When my husband and I were planning our wedding in 1985, our reception venue fell through at the last minute and Kenneth graciously offered the clubhouse at his townhome complex for us to use. Kenneth was one of the kindest, most empathetic and generous people I have ever met. He will forever hold a special place in my heart. My sincerest condolences to his family for your loss.
