I WORKED WITH ANGEL AND WE BECAME GOOD FRIENDS. I LOST CONTACT WITH HER AFTER I MOVED TO FLORIDA AND DIDN'T KNOW THAT SHE WAS IN ATLANTA. I WILL TRULY MISS HER SMILE AND THE WAY SHE CARED ABOUT PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY HER KIDS. ANGEL AND I SHARED THE SAME VIEWS IN LIFE. WE ALWAYS ENCOURAGED EACH OTHER TO STRIVE FOR THE BEST THINGS IN LIFE. I JUST LOST MY SON, MY PRECIOUS BABY ON 9/21/2006, SO I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH BUT NOONE KNOWS HOW YOU FEEL BUT YOU. KEEP GOD FIRST, BECAUSE THROUGH IT ALL, HE MADE NO MISTAKE WHEN HE CALLED ANGEL HOME TO REST. JUST LIKE MY BABY, THEY SERVED THEIR TIME HERE AND NOW HAVE TO COMPLETE THE REST OF THEIR WORK IN HEAVEN. KEEP PRAYING AND HE WILL ANSWER. GOD SAID HE IS THE ANSWER THE TRUTH AND LIGHT, AND BY TRUSTING IN HIM YOU SHALL HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE.

I feel so lucky to have known Angel. She was such a great addition to the office and my life. She was a very talented young lady whether it was doing hair, investigating child abuse, or giving advice. She ALWAYS had me laughing and I've had the laugh headaches to prove it. She was the one who gave me great advice about wanting to open a daycare center and how to network in order to get my foot in the door as a teacher. Angel had a very bright future ahead of her and she would have been a phenomenal lawyer. I will miss being able to go into her office and talk or just calling her up on the phone and venting about my frustrations at work.
I miss Angel and am deeply saddened that her time here has ended so early in life.

Mrs. Felecia and Family,
I am truly sorry for your lost. Michelle was a very sweet person. I will never forget the time when Michelle, Demisher, and I went to our 8th grade dance together while attending Carver Middle School. Michelle was a joy to be around. She always, always kept everybody laughing! Michelle will truly be missed, but I know she's in a better place now. I will continue to keep you all in my prayers. May God bless you and keep you.
Love,
Bridgett Teague

If God be for you who can be against you. When God is in control everything is going to be alright. I was Angel Welch previous Supervisor at DFCS. She was not only a hard worker, but a friend whom God provided me the chance to come into contact with such an "Angel". My prayers are for the family, friends, and loved ones. She will be missed by everyone. She can no longer hear our words or see our actions but, if we live right on this earth we will meet her in the sky when Christ return.

THIS YOUNG LADY WILL DEEPLY BE MISSED BY ALL THAT CAME IN HER PRESENCE. MY HEART GOES OUT TO THE FAMILY. IT HURTS WHEN GOD CALLS ONE OF YOUR OWN, BUT IN A CASE LIKE THIS IT HURTS EVEN WORSE. KEEP YOUR HEADS UP! WEEPING MAY INDURE FOR A NIGHT BUT JOY WILL COMETH IN THE MORNING; FOR HE SAID LOOK INTO THE HILLS FOR THAT'S WHERE YOUR STRENGTH COMES FROM AND YOUR STRENGTH COMES FROM THE LORD. HE WILL NEVER PUT MORE OWN YOU THAN YOU CAN HANDLE.
