Mr. Billy Coleman Houchens, 64, of Eufaula, Alabama, died Monday, December 3, 2018, at Medical Center Barbour. Funeral services were held Thursday, December 6, 2018, at 2 P.M., at the Chapman Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Stephen Doss officiated and burial followed in the Memory Gardens Cemetery with Chapman Funeral Home directing. Born December 9, 1953 in Glasgow, Kentucky, Mr. Houchens was the son of the late Bill Houchens and Annette Estes. Billy was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and going to his grandchildren's ballgames. He never met a stranger and loved talking to people. Most of all, his children and grandchildren were his heart. Donations may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation at Parkinson.org. Survivors include his wife: Patricia Houchens of Eufaula, Alabama; one son: Nick (Helen) Houchens of Park City, Utah; one daughter: April Littlefield of Eufaula, Alabama; 2 step sons: Jay (Dawn) Green and Brandon (Amanda) Green both of Eufaula, Alabama; 7 grandchildren: Parker and Grayson Littlefield, Makynlie Houchens, Drew McGowan, Jolie Green, Jayden Green, and Chapman Green; 2 brothers: Mike Houchens and Kevin (Martha) Houchens; 2 nephews: Shawn (Caity) Houchens and Ryan (Nicole) Houchens; 2 nieces: Jessica Houchens and Leeann (Daniel) Mauk. Active pallbearers were Ryan Houchens, Shawn Houchens, Robbie Williams, Calvin Osbon, Allan Thuener, Chad Littlefield, Bill Saxion and Donnie Ezell.
