Vernon Baptist Church at 12:00 p.m. Family will receive visitors on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Econo-Lodge Comfort Inn from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Clarence Byron Carter II was cremated by Quality Mortuary in Durham, North Carolina. Clarence Byron Carter, II was born October 15, 1965, son of the late Clarence Byron Carter and Amelia Cannon Carter in Eufaula, Alabama. He was a much-loved brother, friend, uncle and cousin. Survivors include his mother, Amelia Cannon Carter; 5 sisters: Myra Carter Manley, Bronda Kay Watts, Kathryn Carter, Connie Carter Baldwin (John T. Baldwin) and Cecilia Carter Kimbrough (David Kimbrough); 2 brothers: Terry Lee Carter (Bridget Warr) and Bobby Charles Carter; 8 nieces and 7 nephews; several great nieces and great nephews.
