ERGLE HARTZOG Obituary

Ergle L. Hartzog Ergle L. Hartzog of Clio passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2009 in a Do-than hospital. He was 75. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 19th at the Pea River Presbyterian Church. Rev. James Pitts will officiate. Mr. Hartzog retired from the trucking business and served in the United States Air Force. Survivors include his wife, Jean McRae Hartzog of Clio; sons and daughter-in-law, Dan Hartzog, Ken (Dawn) Hartzog and Pat Hartzog; daughters and son-in-law, Beth (Andy) Long; daughter-in-law, Sy-bil Hartzog; sister, Christine (John) Hunt; grandchildren, Jason (Jennifer) Hartzog, Samantha Hart-zog, Bethanie Hartzog, Thomas Hartzog, Jessica Hartzog, Brad (Kristy) Long, Minday Long; great grandson, Braden Still; sister-in-law, Sara Tillman; niece, Gaye Shipes; great nephew, Paul Shipes and other special nieces and nephews. Mr. Hartzog was pre-ceded in death by his parents, T.A. and Reger Baker Hartzog; brothers, Thomas and Nigel Hartzog. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Louisville Rescue Squad or any child-ren's charity of one's choice.
