Marianna Chapel Funeral Home 3960 Lafayette Street Marianna, FL 32446 850-526-5059 Frank "Mat" Matthew Harrington, II, age 76 of Altha passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at his residence. Mat was born on May 13, 1940 in Orlando, FL. He has been a resident of this area for 40 years and worked for Aldridge Electric as an Electrician. Mat enjoyed deer hunting with dogs, bowling, and fishing in Flat Head Catfish tournaments. He was preceded in death by his father Frank Matthew Harrington, Sr., his mother Hellen Baker, daughter Carolyn Bramblett, sister Edith Ping, and grandson Keith Bramblett. Mat is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Marie Harrington, his children Nancy Funicello, Frank M. Harrington, III, Elizabeth Sallaway, and Raymond F. Harrington, brother David R. Harrington, sister Ruth Ann Pritchett, 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Services for Matt will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, August 18, 2016 in the Marianna Chapel Funeral Home with Pastor Ellis Vickery officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Marianna Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
