Death is sad, but only for the living. My dear Uncle Howard...I know you do not regret leaving this earth, for you are with our Heavenly Father...WALKING with HIm :) I have many memories of you from my youth. You were an extremely hard worker, an honest, forthright man. You have my respect. You did have a strength about you that most times came across as "hard." I believe that you always did your best with the skills you were taught...and you had to learn yours on your own. You didn't wear your heart on your sleeve, but we all know how deep your love was for your family. Thank you for being you. You gave something to us all. You will be missed. However, I hope you and Bobby Fred are working on a race car or on a fishing trip together! I love you and your beautiful family.

My dear cousin I am so sorry you have left this earth but very glad you are no longer in pain and able to walk around with our Lord. We will all be there one day with you. One of my fondest memories was riding with you in a race car at a drag strip. We were flying down the asphalt and you had the biggest smile on your face and of course I was terrified. I will miss you Howard and though I didn't see you often know that I loved you and will miss you. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone whose life you touched.

Howard I'm sorry I won't be able to see you one last time, but I will remember you as I last saw you when Carolyn and I went to visit you. I will always be grateful to your sister for taking me to see you. I love you Howard and will miss you but I know you are in a better place with no pain and able to do all the things you love. I will always remeber how you treated me as I was your own daughter, all the memories that we shared from laughting with eachother to you getting on to me. I can hear your voice saying Janice get me something to eat and drink(Hurry up I'm hungry!)and Michelle get in there and help her. You could always come across as hard but you always took care of the ones that you loved. I'll never forget you telling me that you missed me and loved me everytime I talked to you. I will miss you very much but I know that you are in a better place now where you can walk and do the things you love again, maybe even build a motor. I love you very much and you will always remain heavy in my heart. I look forward to the day we meet again and can laugh and talk like the old days. See you in Heaven! I Love You!

My precious Brother, It is so hard letting go. I know you are now walking on the shores of Heaven with Bobby and all our loved ones.
I thank God for blessing me with such a wonderful Brother,
You were always there for me. You made me smile, always listened when I needed a special friend. You were always such a good man. Life at the end was so painful but you always said, "I am ok. God takes away the pain at night so I can sleep. " Now you are resting in his arms. I will miss you so very much. I will miss the sound of your voice saying "Carolyn Gail what are you doing." I hear your voice now saying, " I AM OK NOW"

I appreciate you being an outstanding Resident to Care for. You were a blessing and always will be to me. I can still hear you say,"Rhonda, call down to the kitchen and order me a grilled cheese & a bowl of Vegetable soup;"that's what I won't for supper tonight." I love you & Mrs. Janice both. You will be missed so badly, but the next time I see you, you will be walking around in a new body. Until I see you again, I love you my friend. And I will make sure I stay in touch with Mrs. Janice, Love you so much & thank you for allowing me to be a care giver to you.
