Joyce F. Hawthorne went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. She was 53 years old.
Graveside services will be held at 10 am on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Gardens of Memory Cemetery with Pastor Kito March, Sr. officiating and Sunset Funeral Home directing. Family will greet friends on Friday at Sunset Memorial Park Funeral Home from 5 to 8 pm.

I did not know Joyce well but I know she was a wonderful nurse. She cared for my husband in the hospital and we became Facebook friends. Her Facebook posts inspired me and made me happy. I will miss her.
