Kenneth Godwin Obituary

Mr. Kenneth Duane "Corky" Godwin, Sr. of Daleville passed away Friday, Feb. 22, 2008, in an automobile accident near Daleville. He was 51.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today, Feb. 25, from the Providence Baptist Church in Clayhatchee, Alabama with Rev. Robert Beasley officiating. Burial followed in the Providence Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church today beginning at 1 p.m. and continuing until service time.

I would like to thank each and everyone of you. All of your thoughts and prayers really mean a lot. I know the Lord works in mysterious ways, but he has another angel in his Heavenly band. Dad will be greatly missed by each and everyone of us. With this tragic loss I have learned a very valuable lesson, and that is to live and love each and everyday with all my heart because we are not promised tomorrow. Thank you all once again, and to you DAD bowl me that 300 game in Heavens bowling alley. I'll miss you and I LOVE YOU!!!!
