LEONARD CULLIVER

Leonard Culliver SGM (Retired) Leonard Culliver, age 69, of Daleville, Alabama passed away Sunday March 2, 2014 at the University of Alabama in Birmingham - Hospital. Funeral services were held, Thursday March 6, 2014 at 1:00 pm in Brewton, Alabama at Second Bethlehem Baptist Church, with Rev. David Reddick officiating. Visitation was held from 12:00 to 1:00 at Second Bethlehem and the burial was at the church cemetery. SGM Culliver (retired) served in the United States Army for 27 years before retiring in April of 1990. He then went on to serve as a civilian at Fort Rucker for another 20 years, before retiring again. He was preceded in death by his father Hoover Culliver. He is survived by his wife of 48 years Minnie R. Culliver of Daleville, Alabama, a daughter, Marla R. Brown (Terry) of Roanoke, VA, a son Marcus D. Culliver (Charlotte) of Atlanta, GA, four grandsons, Demarcus A. Glass of Roanoke, VA, Ryan D. Culliver of Atlanta, GA, Michael A. Golas of Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota and Christopher L. Culliver of Tuscaloosa, AL. Mother, Mary S.
