Mom,
Its been four months and I still miss you. Going by to see you everyday was such a special part of my day. Even the disease of Alzheimers couldn't dim the special spirit inside you. I never appreciated how special you were until you were gone. I hope I can be half the mother you were to my own children. I was so lucky to have you for my mother. I'll see you again some day.

I'm so sorry to learn that Mrs. Evans has died. I'll always remember her as a "true Southern Lady". I loved to visit with her when I was a child and as an adult, too. My heart goes out to all of her family, who will miss her, always.
